Crockpot Poached Salmon | Dinner
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks or 2 fillets
 - 4 ounces water
 - 2 ounces beer
 - 1 sprig fresh rosemary
 - 2 bay leaves
 - 2 peppercorns
 - 1 teaspoon thyme
 - 1 teaspoon onion flakes
 
Directions
- Lightly grease bottom of crockpot and put fish in.
 - Mix all other ingredients and bring to a boil in a saucepan on the stove-top
 - Pour mixture over fish
 - Cook on low for 3 hours
 - Serve with rice
