Ingredients

• 4 fillets basa (or your favorite fish)
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese
• 1 jar Cookwell & Company Veracruz Two-Step Mix [1] [2]
• 1 Tub potato salad

Directions

1. Lay fish in large skillet and pour Veracruz over fish.
2. Simmer 10min or until fish flakes easily with fork.
3. Top with cheese
4. Serve with potato salad as side
