Tortilla Tamale Caserole | Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 package of tamales [8] (your choice of chicken, port, beef, or vegetarian)
 - 1 jar Canyon Foods Tortilla Soup
 - 1 bag (16 ounce) Frozen Steamable Spanish rice
 - 2 cups Mexican blend cheese
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
 - Coat 9x13 casserole with nonstick spray (optional)
 - Remove husks from tamales
 - Empty rice into dish
 - Cut tamales into bite size pieces, add to dish
 - Shake tortilla soup and pour over dish
 - Top with cheese
 - Cover with foil
 - Bake 30 to 40 minutes until bubbles
 
Optionally bake a little longer without foil to crisp the top of the caserole
