- 4 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup butter
- onion to season
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Mix onion, vinegar, brown sugar. Cook until the mix carmelizes
- Melt butter & garlic seasoning
- Spread salmon with garlic butter
- Spread carmelized sugar on top
- Bake until done.
This is REALLY sweet with the brown sugar. Be prepared to have candy for dinner!
